3 minute Retreat: Newness of Life

March 18, 2013

Journeying through Lent, we often do not remember that the process we are walking through leads to new life.  Lent often is a time where we attempt to brush off the things getting in our way of our relationship with God.  We retreat within to our inner space where we meet God and Jesus face to face.  Lent allows us the opportunity to add more time with Christ to our lives, and as we spend time with him, we see signs of new life.  These signs of new life are fruits of our prayer life and graces from the Sacraments.

In Friday’s 3 minute retreat, we are invited to reflect on where we are experience newness of life and what tools help us nurture the newness of life.

What else helps us experience newness of life on our spiritual journey?

Which prayer methods invigorate our faith life and wake us up to the newness of life in front of us?
