Finding God Video Contest

February 29, 2012

I am seriously considering getting the college students who work with our youth here at UGA to put together a video for the Finding God Video Contest.

Details:

Loyola Press invites your students to share where they experience God’s presence in their everyday lives by submitting a short 30-second to 2-minute video that answers the question: Where do you find God?

The contest s open to Catholic schools and parishes in the United States. Encourage your school or parish community to vote for their favorite videos up to once a day; the video with the highest number of votes by April 20, 2012 will be the winner.

For more information check out the press release or you tube video!

This contest sums up my blog– Where do you find God in your daily life?

Becky is an Ignatian-trained spiritual director, retreat facilitator, and writer. She is the author of the Busy Lives and Restless Souls (March 2017, Loyola Press) and The Inner Chapel (April 2020, Loyola Press). She helps others create space to connect faith and everyday life through facilitating retreats and days of reflection, through writing, and through spiritual direction. With nearly twenty years of ministry experience within the Catholic Church, Becky seeks to help others discover God at work in the every day moments of people’s lives by utilizing St. Ignatius’ Spiritual Exercises and the many gifts that our Catholic faith and Ignatian Spirituality provide.
